SPRING OFFICIALLY ARRIVES
So, the calendars say that spring arrives on March 20th, but as we approached that day, the general 'feel' in Los Angeles about the season change was blasé at best. The weather change was sluggish, as temperatures were climbing, but still not spring-like; the plants had no blooms or smells; birds were nowhere to be found; and the people were staying indoors and dressing like it was still winter. What to do, what to do?
